Sandra Felt knows the tremendous capacity of human beings to heal and transform beyond whatever they have earlier learned. Her personal authenticity and gentle strength match her radiant smile as she beckons us all toward discovering our deep inner truth. She also thoroughly enjoys her sunrise hikes in the foothills of the Rockies and playing bluegrass bass.
"I wrote this book because I felt insistently called to do so by that inner urge that calls us to find our own path through life that I call the true self. That inner voice kept waking me up at night to write, bringing me new observations, and nudging me to create poetry until I could no longer ignore or fight it. I trusted it, even when I couldn’t know where it would lead me. I now share this book, hoping to make the journey inward toward claiming the true self easier for all others."
